Chairman of the California Log Cabin Republicans Political Action Committee, Kevin Gilhooley, hosted a great dinner on Saturday, September 16, 2023.  The LCRCA PAC is an exciting opportunity to discuss issues, candidates, and a vision for healthy government, duties and responsibilities of citizens, and the guarantees of freedom for all. 

Dr. Craig Smith

Dr. Craig Smith, a local scholar and former presidential speech writer spoke at the event.  Dr. Smith's informative speech highlighted the characteristics, oratory skills, and accomplishments of President Abraham Lincoln.  In fact, LCR is a reference to Lincoln, who was born in a Log Cabin. President Lincoln built the Republican Party on the principles of liberty and equality under the law.
